Eligibility
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Consumable products
Because these are consumable wellness products, opened bottles and packs cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, leaked, or was the wrong product.
Damaged on arrival
Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
